I’m a customer experience consultant and blogger.  I help organizations and their staff identify, manage, and and continuously measure their customer engagements so that they can deliver seamless, effortless interactions.  The things I’m most passionate about are:

  • My family

Over the course of my career, I’ve developed proven techniques to improve customer experiences, increase loyalty and share of wallet for customers around the globe.  When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me shuttling my two boys with my wife to soccer practices and games, watching the Washington Nationals, or reading.  Often as not, doing at least of two of the three at the same time!
